The platform already supports pre-orders, payments, order tracking, messaging and basic analytics. AI-supported demand forecasting, advanced ESG analytics and expanded Digital Product Passport capabilities are being developed and validated as part of the PRE-ORDER project.

Delivery timing depends on the collection and production schedule set by the Brand. The expected dates and order status are available in the app.
Payment terms depend on the collection and user type. PRE-ORDER supports prepayment and order-payment workflows through external payment-service providers; the applicable amount and payment status are shown in the order.
