This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets the minimum rules for lawful, safe and fair use of the PRE-ORDER website, mobile application, pre-order platform, messaging, business dashboards, payment-related interfaces, APIs and related services (together, the “Platform”). It applies to all users, including Brands, manufacturers, Sellers, Business Buyers, retail Customers, authorised personnel and other persons who access or use the Platform.
The purpose of this Policy is to protect users, transactions, data, intellectual property, the integrity of pre-order processes and the technical security of PRE-ORDER. It supplements the Terms of Service, Platform Terms, Seller Agreement, Buyer Agreement, Community Standards and other applicable policies. Mandatory law prevails where it imposes stricter requirements.
1. Operator and scope
1.1 The Platform is operated by “PRE-ORDER Europe” EOOD, UIC/EIK 208904127, registered at Arthur Residential Complex, Block C, Floor 3, Apartment C44, 8229 Sveti Vlas, Nessebar Municipality, Burgas District, Bulgaria (“PRE-ORDER”, “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 This Policy applies to conduct on the Platform and to conduct outside the Platform where it directly relates to a PRE-ORDER transaction, user, account, listing, payment, communication or security issue and materially affects Platform integrity or user safety.
1.3 Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of PRE-ORDER complies with laws applicable to them, their business, Products, payments, marketing, data processing, delivery territories and communications.
1.4 This Policy does not replace Product-specific legal duties. Sellers remain responsible for Products and listings; Buyers remain responsible for lawful purchasing activity; and each user remains responsible for their own content and conduct.
2. General standard of acceptable use
2.1 Users may use PRE-ORDER only for legitimate fashion-commerce, pre-order, communication, analytics, support and related business purposes made available through the Platform.
2.2 Users must act honestly, provide materially accurate information, respect other users, protect account credentials, follow reasonable security instructions and cooperate with legitimate verification, safety, fraud-prevention and compliance requests.
2.3 Users must not use PRE-ORDER in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, technically disruptive, infringing, unsafe or designed to circumvent Platform controls or another party’s rights.
2.4 A practice that is not expressly listed below may still be prohibited where it has substantially the same harmful purpose or effect as a prohibited practice.
3. Account integrity and identity
You must not:
- create or operate an account using materially false identity, company, ownership, contact, tax, banking or verification information;
- impersonate another person, Brand, company, public body or PRE-ORDER representative;
- use another person’s account or credentials without lawful authority;
- sell, rent, transfer or share an account in a way that defeats verification, access controls or contractual restrictions;
- create replacement or duplicate accounts to evade suspension, verification, payment obligations, complaint outcomes or enforcement;
- conceal or misrepresent beneficial ownership, trader status, Consumer/Business Buyer status, location or sanctions-relevant information where such information is required; or
- fail to remove access for former employees, agents or contractors who are no longer authorised to use a business account.
PRE-ORDER may require renewed verification where account information changes, risk indicators arise or a regulated payment provider requires additional checks.
4. Lawful activity through the Platform
4.1 Listings, pre-orders, purchase requests, quotations, messages and transactions must relate to lawful goods and genuine commercial activity.
4.2 Sellers must not list a Product that they are legally prohibited from offering, cannot lawfully supply in the relevant territory, or do not have a reasonable basis to expect they can produce or procure under the stated conditions.
4.3 Buyers must not place orders, requests or payment instructions that are fictitious, abusive, intended only to manipulate demand metrics, or made without a genuine intention and legal ability to perform where the action is presented as binding.
4.4 Users must not use PRE-ORDER to facilitate prohibited side transactions, conceal the real nature of a transaction, evade sanctions or tax obligations, launder funds, misrepresent invoice purpose, or disguise the identity of the actual buyer, seller or beneficiary.
5. Prohibited and restricted goods, services and activity
PRE-ORDER is designed for fashion and related lawful commerce. The following must not be offered, requested, promoted or transacted through the Platform unless PRE-ORDER has expressly enabled a lawful category and all applicable requirements are met:
- illegal, stolen, counterfeit or fraudulently obtained goods;
- goods that infringe intellectual-property, image, design, trademark, copyright, patent or other proprietary rights;
- unsafe, recalled, prohibited or materially non-compliant products;
- weapons, explosives or goods whose primary purpose is to cause injury;
- illegal drugs, controlled substances, unlawful pharmaceuticals or drug paraphernalia;
- human trafficking, sexual exploitation, exploitative services or content involving minors;
- illegal gambling, money-laundering services, fraudulent financial schemes or deceptive investment activity;
- malware, credential-stealing tools, unauthorised surveillance tools or products primarily intended to compromise systems or privacy;
- goods derived from illegal wildlife trade or other prohibited environmental trafficking; and
- any other product, service or transaction whose offer, sale, shipment, import, export or possession is unlawful in an applicable territory.
Fashion Products may also be restricted where required product-safety, textile-labelling, chemicals, responsible-person, origin, customs or other legal information is missing or materially unreliable.
6. Listing accuracy and deceptive practices
Users, and especially Sellers, must not publish or communicate information that is materially false or likely to mislead a reasonable Buyer about a Product, Brand, price, availability, production status, sustainability attribute, delivery expectation or transaction term.
Prohibited practices include:
- fabricated product specifications, certifications, country-of-origin information or safety information;
- fake or materially altered documents used to support verification, compliance or Product claims;
- false claims that a Product has already been manufactured when it is a concept, prototype or future Product;
- AI-generated, rendered or sample imagery presented as a final manufactured Product where that distinction would be material and is not properly disclosed;
- fake discounts, artificial reference prices, false countdowns, fabricated scarcity or intentionally false stock/production-threshold information;
- unsubstantiated environmental, circularity, CO2, waste-reduction or other sustainability claims presented as proven facts;
- hiding unavoidable charges or materially misleading Buyers about payment, cancellation, refund, delivery or return conditions; and
- creating a misleading association with another Brand, person, institution or certification body.
7. Payments, prepayments and financial abuse
Users must use payment functionality only for legitimate PRE-ORDER transactions and in accordance with the Payment & Prepayment Policy and the rules of Stripe for enabled B2C payments or the separately enabled licensed B2B payment partner. Conditional holding or release of B2B funds, where offered, is performed by that partner, not by PRE-ORDER.
You must not:
- use stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials;
- ask another user to send card numbers, CVV/security codes, authentication codes, passwords or other sensitive credentials in chat;
- process sham transactions, circular payments, cash-equivalent transfers or transactions designed primarily to move funds rather than purchase Products;
- split, disguise or structure transactions to evade verification, sanctions, fraud controls, limits, reporting or lawful fees;
- initiate knowingly false, duplicate or abusive chargebacks;
- fabricate delivery, refund or payment evidence;
- use off-Platform payment solely to facilitate fraud, evade compliance checks or deceptively avoid transparently agreed Platform fees; or
- misrepresent PRE-ORDER as a bank, payment institution, merchant of record or escrow provider where that is not the implemented legal arrangement.
PRE-ORDER does not operate escrow or hold Buyer funds merely because a payment is authorised, reserved, displayed in a wallet or conditionally transferred through a licensed provider. Users must not misrepresent payment status, safeguarding, release conditions or refund rights.
8. Communications and messaging
The built-in messaging functions are intended primarily for order, Product, support and legitimate business communication. Users must follow the Community Standards in all communications.
You must not use messaging or contact information obtained through PRE-ORDER to:
- harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, blackmail or repeatedly contact a person after a clear request to stop where no legitimate transaction need remains;
- send unlawful hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexually exploitative material or credible threats of violence;
- send spam, mass unsolicited promotions or automated messages unrelated to a legitimate PRE-ORDER relationship;
- phish for credentials, send malware, malicious links or deceptive login/payment pages;
- pressure a user to conceal transaction terms, submit false evidence or violate applicable law;
- publish or share another person’s sensitive personal data without lawful justification; or
- circumvent a safety block, complaint restriction or communication limitation imposed by PRE-ORDER.
9. Reviews, rankings, demand signals and manipulation of Platform activity
Users must not manipulate or attempt to manipulate Platform demand and engagement signals, including reviews, ratings, views, follows, wishlists, pre-order counts, conversion metrics, MOQ progress at collection, SKU or colour level, ranking inputs or other activity indicators.
Examples include:
- fake orders or coordinated non-genuine activity intended to inflate demand;
- buying, selling or exchanging fake reviews or ratings;
- reviewing your own business through undisclosed controlled accounts;
- coercing a Buyer to provide a positive review or threatening a disadvantage for a negative but genuine review;
- using bots, scripts or click farms to create artificial engagement;
- coordinating competitors or affiliated accounts to suppress another user through bad-faith complaints or false reports; and
- misrepresenting paid or incentivised content as independent organic feedback.
10. Security and technical misuse
Users must not interfere with the confidentiality, integrity, availability or intended operation of PRE-ORDER or connected systems.
Without prior written authorisation, you must not:
- access or attempt to access another user’s account, data, administrative area, API scope or system component without permission;
- probe, scan, exploit or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, except under a PRE-ORDER-authorised security-testing process;
- defeat authentication, rate limits, access controls, anti-bot measures, security headers, encryption or other protective controls;
- introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, destructive code or malicious files;
- perform denial-of-service activity or send traffic intended to degrade service for others;
- intercept, scrape or extract non-public data through unauthorised technical means;
- reverse engineer the Platform where prohibited by law or contract, or use reverse engineering to defeat security or access restrictions; or
- use compromised devices, credentials, tokens or integration keys after becoming aware of the compromise.
Good-faith security issues should be reported to info@b2b-agency.cc with enough information for PRE-ORDER to investigate. Do not publicly disclose exploit details before PRE-ORDER has had a reasonable opportunity to assess and remediate the issue, unless law requires otherwise.
11. Automated access, scraping and APIs
11.1 Automated access is permitted only through functionality, APIs or integrations made available or expressly authorised by PRE-ORDER, and subject to applicable technical limits and contractual terms.
11.2 Users must not scrape user profiles, messages, pricing, non-public Platform data, analytics or personal data at scale where PRE-ORDER has not authorised that access.
11.3 Automated tools must not create excessive load, bypass rate limits, create fake engagement, perform credential attacks, mass-register accounts or imitate human users for a deceptive purpose.
11.4 Publicly visible information does not automatically become unrestricted for bulk extraction, profiling, resale or AI training. Intellectual-property, database, privacy and contractual restrictions continue to apply.
12. Personal data and privacy misuse
Users may access and use personal data obtained through PRE-ORDER only for lawful purposes connected with the relevant relationship, transaction, support activity or another purpose supported by a valid legal basis.
You must not:
- collect personal data that is unnecessary for the stated purpose;
- export or combine Platform data to create unauthorised profiles of individuals;
- use Buyer contact details for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis and required notice;
- upload identity documents, special-category data, payment credentials or confidential information into fields not intended for that purpose;
- disclose personal data to an unauthorised recipient;
- use chat content or transaction data to train an external AI model where you do not have the necessary rights and legal basis; or
- ignore lawful deletion, restriction or objection requirements that apply to data under your control.
PRE-ORDER’s handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, GDPR Notice and, where applicable, Data Processing Agreement.
13. Intellectual property and confidential information
Users must respect trademarks, designs, photographs, product images, software, databases, trade secrets and other rights belonging to PRE-ORDER and third parties.
You must not upload, sell, copy, reproduce or distribute content or Products where you lack the necessary rights; remove rights-management information; falsely claim ownership; or use another user’s confidential information outside the purpose for which it was disclosed.
A Brand remains responsible for securing rights to product images, models, logos, designs and other material it uploads. A licence granted to PRE-ORDER under the Seller Agreement does not cure a lack of rights in the underlying material.
14. Advertising, promotions and commercial communications
Advertising and promotional content must be accurate, identifiable where required, and consistent with the Products or Brand represented. Paid placement or sponsorship must not be disguised as independent editorial content.
Users must not use advertising tools for unlawful discrimination, deceptive financial claims, counterfeit goods, misleading sustainability claims, malicious redirects or collection of personal data in violation of law.
PRE-ORDER may restrict or reject advertising that creates material legal, safety, reputational or user-protection risk, even where the underlying Product is otherwise permitted.
15. AI-supported features and generated content
15.1 AI-supported forecasting, analytics and recommendations provided by PRE-ORDER are decision-support tools. Users must not present such outputs as guaranteed forecasts, certified facts or autonomous PRE-ORDER production decisions.
15.2 Brand users remain responsible for final production decisions and may accept, modify or reject recommendations. Users must not manipulate input data to produce deceptive demand, sustainability or performance outputs.
15.3 If AI-generated or materially synthetic images are used to depict a Product, the Seller must disclose that fact where omission could mislead a Buyer about the actual appearance, manufacture or availability of the Product.
15.4 Users must not use PRE-ORDER AI functions to infer or target sensitive personal characteristics that are unnecessary for the Platform’s legitimate demand-planning purpose.
16. Reporting suspected violations
Users may report suspected illegal content, unsafe Products, fraud, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, security incidents or other Policy violations through available in-app reporting/support tools or by contacting info@b2b-agency.cc.
A useful report should identify the relevant account, listing, order, message or content, explain the concern and provide available evidence. Do not submit knowingly false reports or use reporting mechanisms to harass competitors or other users.
PRE-ORDER may preserve relevant records, request additional information and share information with Sellers, Payment Providers, professional advisers, competent authorities or affected persons where legally permitted and reasonably necessary to investigate or address the matter.
17. Enforcement measures
Depending on seriousness, context, repetition and legal requirements, PRE-ORDER may take one or more proportionate measures, including:
- warning the user or requesting correction;
- removing, disabling or limiting access to content or a listing;
- restricting messaging, advertising, payment, ordering or other features;
- pausing a transaction while a safety, fraud, sanctions or compliance concern is reviewed;
- requiring renewed verification or additional evidence;
- limiting visibility or distribution of non-compliant content;
- suspending an account temporarily;
- permanently terminating an account for serious or repeated violations;
- preserving or providing records where required by law; and
- referring suspected criminal, regulatory, payment or safety matters to the appropriate third party or authority.
PRE-ORDER may act without advance notice where notice would create a security risk, enable evasion, prejudice an investigation, conflict with legal obligations or expose users to material harm. Where law requires notice, reasons or an opportunity to challenge a measure, PRE-ORDER will provide them in the legally required manner.
18. Factors considered in enforcement
Where discretion is available, PRE-ORDER may consider the nature and seriousness of the conduct, intent, actual or potential harm, transaction value, number of affected users, previous violations, cooperation, remediation, risk of recurrence, impact on Consumers, product-safety implications, fraud indicators and legal obligations.
A minor first-time error may be treated differently from deliberate fraud, counterfeit sales, credible threats, malware, sanctions evasion, repeated harassment or intentional manipulation of transactions or demand signals.
19. Appeals and correction
A user who believes an enforcement action is incorrect may use the appeal or support channel identified in the relevant notice or contact info@b2b-agency.cc. The user should provide the account or case reference, explain why the action should be reconsidered and provide relevant evidence.
PRE-ORDER may uphold, modify or reverse an action after review. Restoration of content or account access does not prevent PRE-ORDER from imposing appropriate conditions, requiring updated verification or retaining records that must lawfully be preserved.
For eligible business users, additional complaint or statement-of-reasons rights may apply under the Terms of Service or mandatory platform regulation.
20. Cooperation with law enforcement and regulators
PRE-ORDER may respond to valid legal requests, court orders, regulatory notices, product-safety requests and other lawful demands from competent authorities. PRE-ORDER may also make voluntary reports where permitted by law and reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, crime, imminent harm, serious safety risk or security abuse.
Users must not obstruct a lawful investigation, destroy relevant evidence after becoming aware of a preservation obligation, or provide knowingly false information to PRE-ORDER or a competent authority in connection with Platform activity.
21. Relationship with open orders and user rights
Account restriction or removal of content does not automatically extinguish an existing Product Contract. Open orders, refunds, delivery obligations, chargebacks, product-safety duties and mandatory Consumer rights continue to be handled under applicable law and the relevant transaction terms.
Where possible and lawful, PRE-ORDER may maintain limited access to records, support or dispute functions after an account restriction so that legitimate outstanding matters can be resolved.
22. Changes to this Policy
PRE-ORDER may update this Policy to reflect legal, regulatory, security, technical or service changes. Material changes will be communicated in a legally appropriate manner before they take effect where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued under mandatory law.
23. Contact
Questions, reports or appeals concerning this Policy may be sent to info@b2b-agency.cc. Do not send passwords, CVV/security codes or full payment-card details by email or chat.
