Community Standards

These Community Standards (“Standards”) describe the conduct and content expectations for people and businesses interacting through PRE-ORDER. They support a professional, respectful and trustworthy environment for Brands, manufacturers, Sellers, Business Buyers, retail Customers and authorised representatives using the PRE-ORDER website, mobile application, digital pre-order infrastructure, messaging, support and related services (together, the “Platform”).

These Standards supplement the Terms of Service, Platform Terms, Seller Agreement, Buyer Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. They do not replace applicable law, mandatory Consumer rights, product-safety duties, payment obligations or the terms of a Product Contract between a Seller and Buyer.

1. Operator and scope

1.1 The Platform is operated by “PRE-ORDER Europe” EOOD, UIC/EIK 208904127, registered at Arthur Residential Complex, Block C, Floor 3, Apartment C44, 8229 Sveti Vlas, Nessebar Municipality, Burgas District, Bulgaria (“PRE-ORDER”, “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1.2 These Standards apply to public and private Platform content and interactions, including profiles, product and collection content, reviews, support requests, order-related messages, attachments, promotional content, complaints and other communications made through PRE-ORDER.

1.3 Conduct outside the Platform may also be considered where it is directly connected with a PRE-ORDER user or transaction and creates a material risk of fraud, harassment, intimidation, product-safety harm, payment abuse or other serious harm to the PRE-ORDER community.

2. Community principles

PRE-ORDER is designed to support transparent pre-order commerce and cooperation between fashion businesses and customers. Users are expected to follow these principles:

  • Be accurate: provide information that is materially truthful and not misleading.
  • Be respectful: communicate professionally even when a transaction, complaint or negotiation becomes difficult.
  • Be safe: do not threaten, exploit, deceive or expose another person to avoidable harm.
  • Be accountable: use your real authorised business or personal identity where verification is required and take responsibility for your account activity.
  • Respect boundaries: use contact details and transaction data only for legitimate purposes connected with the relationship and applicable law.
  • Resolve issues constructively: use order, support and dispute channels in good faith and provide relevant evidence rather than escalating through abuse or intimidation.

These Standards apply equally to Buyers, Sellers and other users. A commercial disagreement does not justify harassment, discrimination, threats, deceptive reporting or misuse of personal information.

3. Respectful and professional communication

3.1 PRE-ORDER includes order-based chat and support functions so that Brands and Buyers can clarify Products, quantities, payment stages, production status, delivery and other transaction matters. Users must keep those communications lawful and reasonably relevant to the relationship.

3.2 Strong disagreement, criticism or a complaint is not prohibited merely because it is negative. Users may question prices, challenge a delivery issue, report non-conformity, request a refund or criticise service, provided they do so without prohibited abuse.

3.3 Users should avoid repeated unwanted contact after the other party has clearly indicated that a non-essential conversation should stop. Necessary order, legal, safety and support communications may continue through appropriate channels.

4. Harassment, bullying, intimidation and threats

The following are prohibited:

  • repeated targeted insults, humiliation or degrading treatment intended to intimidate or silence another user;
  • credible threats of physical harm, sexual violence, property damage or other unlawful retaliation;
  • blackmail, extortion or threats to publish private information, images or allegations to force payment, discounts, favourable reviews or another commercial outcome;
  • doxxing or publishing another person’s private address, personal telephone number, identification documents or other sensitive information without a lawful basis;
  • coordinated harassment, encouraging others to target a user, or repeatedly contacting a person through new accounts after a block or enforcement action;
  • abusive language directed at support staff or other users where the conduct becomes threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit or persistently degrading.

PRE-ORDER may treat credible threats, extortion, stalking or serious intimidation as high-severity violations and may restrict access immediately where necessary to protect users or preserve evidence.

5. Hate, discrimination and dehumanising content

PRE-ORDER does not permit attacks, exclusionary abuse or dehumanising content directed at a person or group based on protected or similarly sensitive characteristics, such as race, colour, ethnicity, nationality, religion or belief, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or other status protected by applicable law.

Prohibited conduct includes slurs used to attack a person, calls for exclusion or violence, statements that a protected group is inherently inferior or subhuman, and discriminatory harassment in Platform or support communications.

Neutral references to demographic or legal characteristics may be permitted where genuinely necessary for lawful sizing, accessibility, territorial, compliance or other legitimate purposes. Users must not use such information as a pretext for unlawful discrimination.

6. Sexual exploitation, sexual harassment and protection of minors

6.1 Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual comments directed at a specific person, coercive sexual requests and threats involving intimate images are prohibited.

6.2 PRE-ORDER must not be used to facilitate sexual exploitation, trafficking or any sexual content involving minors. Any indication of child sexual exploitation or abuse may be reported to competent authorities where legally appropriate.

6.3 Fashion and product imagery may include ordinary swimwear, underwear or editorial content where lawful and appropriate to the Product. However, content must not sexualise minors, depict non-consensual intimate material, or use sexual imagery primarily to harass or exploit another person.

7. Fraud, impersonation and social engineering

Users must not exploit community trust for fraud. Prohibited conduct includes impersonating a Brand, Buyer, PRE-ORDER employee or payment provider; sending fake payment or refund links; requesting passwords, security codes or full card details; creating false urgency to obtain credentials; or misrepresenting a transaction in order to divert funds.

Users must not falsely claim that another person or business is endorsed, verified or guaranteed by PRE-ORDER. Verification is a risk-control measure and not a guarantee of performance, solvency or Product quality.

Suspected phishing, account takeover, payment redirection or fraudulent identity activity should be reported promptly through support channels.

8. Spam, repetitive contact and manipulative promotion

Users must not send bulk unsolicited messages, repetitive promotions, irrelevant commercial solicitations, referral spam or other communications that materially interfere with legitimate Platform use.

Brands may communicate about their Products and collections using functionality made available for that purpose, subject to user preferences, applicable marketing law and Platform rules. Transactional communications should not be converted into unrelated marketing where there is no lawful basis.

Users must not manipulate engagement by operating fake accounts, buying fabricated reviews, exchanging sham orders, generating artificial likes or follows, or coordinating misleading activity intended to influence ranking or demand signals.

9. Reviews, ratings, feedback and endorsements

9.1 Reviews and feedback should reflect a genuine experience, transaction or legitimate interaction. Users must not knowingly publish fabricated reviews or materially misrepresent what occurred.

9.2 Sellers must not offer undisclosed compensation, threats or improper incentives in exchange for a positive review or removal of a truthful negative review. Buyers must not threaten a negative review solely to obtain money, free Products or concessions to which they are not entitled.

9.3 Incentivised content, sponsorship or another material commercial connection should be disclosed where required. PRE-ORDER may moderate content that violates these Standards, but a review will not be removed merely because it is critical or unfavourable.

9.4 Reviews must not contain unnecessary personal data, threats, hate, explicit harassment, malware links or confidential information unrelated to the review.

10. Order-related disagreements and dispute conduct

10.1 Users should use order-specific communication and support tools to address payment, production, delivery, cancellation, refund and conformity issues. Where evidence is relevant, users should provide accurate documents, photographs, tracking information or transaction details.

10.2 A user must not fabricate screenshots, delivery records, invoices, chat messages, Product defects, paid-demand figures, escrow or payment confirmations, or other evidence. Deliberately altered evidence may lead to enforcement and may be provided to a Payment Provider or competent authority where lawful.

10.3 Chargebacks, complaints, refund requests and reports must be made in good faith. The existence of a dispute does not authorise either party to threaten, publicly shame or expose the private data of the other party.

10.4 PRE-ORDER may facilitate communication and preserve records but does not become the seller of the Product or the final adjudicator of all private-law disputes merely by providing a dispute workflow.

11. Brand, Product and collection content

11.1 Product and collection content should accurately represent the relevant Brand and Product status. Concept images, samples, prototypes and AI-generated visualisations should be identified where omission could materially mislead a Buyer about the final manufactured Product.

11.2 Users must not publish counterfeit branding, stolen Product imagery, fabricated certifications, fake scarcity, misleading production or MOQ status, false claims that pre-orders have been funded or secured, fake delivery milestones or unsupported claims about sustainability, origin, safety or compliance.

11.3 Promotional content should remain appropriate for a professional fashion-commerce environment. Shock content, graphic violence, sexual exploitation, hate content or material designed mainly to intimidate or humiliate a person is not appropriate.

11.4 Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that required legal, product-safety, textile, pricing, delivery and Consumer information is provided under the Seller Agreement and Platform Terms.

12. AI-generated and synthetic content

12.1 PRE-ORDER may use AI-supported analytics and demand forecasting as decision-support tools. Brand users remain responsible for final production decisions and may accept, modify or reject recommendations.

12.2 Users must not present AI-generated demand, conversion or sustainability outputs as guaranteed facts where the underlying result is an estimate or model output.

12.3 Synthetic or AI-generated visual content must not impersonate a real person in a deceptive or harmful way, create false evidence in a dispute, or materially mislead Buyers about the existence or characteristics of a Product.

12.4 Users must not upload passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, private payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive data for the purpose of obtaining AI analysis.

13. Privacy, confidentiality and personal boundaries

Users must respect personal data and confidential business information obtained through PRE-ORDER. Contact data, delivery details, order information and private messages should be used only for legitimate purposes connected with the relevant transaction, support activity or another lawful basis.

Prohibited conduct includes sharing private chat screenshots to harass a user, publishing a home address, using transaction data to target unrelated marketing without a lawful basis, or disclosing another business’s non-public pricing, samples, technical documents or trade secrets without permission or legal authority.

Users should avoid sending sensitive information through general chat where a dedicated secure workflow is available. Full card numbers, CVV/security codes and passwords must never be requested in PRE-ORDER messages.

14. Intellectual property and authenticity

Users must respect trademarks, designs, images, copyright, database rights and other intellectual-property rights. Content should be uploaded only where the user owns the necessary rights or has permission to use it.

Counterfeit Products, copied brand identities, unauthorised product imagery and misleading claims of affiliation are prohibited. A rights-holder or authorised representative may report suspected infringement through available support channels and should provide enough information to identify the affected material and asserted right.

15. Dangerous, illegal or seriously harmful content

Content or conduct that facilitates serious unlawful activity, credible violence, trafficking, exploitation, malware, theft of credentials, payment fraud, sanctions evasion or other serious harm is prohibited.

PRE-ORDER may remove or restrict such content without advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance. Where appropriate, PRE-ORDER may preserve relevant records and cooperate with Payment Providers, product-safety bodies, law-enforcement authorities or other competent authorities.

16. Reporting concerns

Users may report suspected violations through available in-app reporting or support tools or by contacting info@b2b-agency.cc. Reports should identify the relevant account, listing, order, message or content and explain the concern as clearly as possible.

Knowingly false, retaliatory or abusive reports are themselves prohibited. A user should not submit repeated duplicate reports merely to pressure PRE-ORDER or another user after a matter has been reasonably reviewed, unless there is new material information.

PRE-ORDER may ask for additional information, preserve records and share relevant information where necessary and lawful to investigate the report, protect users, address a dispute or comply with a legal obligation.

17. Moderation and enforcement

17.1 PRE-ORDER may use human review and proportionate automated controls to identify suspected policy violations, fraud, security threats, illegal content or unsafe Products. PRE-ORDER is not required to pre-approve every message, listing or interaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17.2 Depending on severity, frequency and context, PRE-ORDER may:

  • provide a warning or educational notice;
  • request that content or behaviour be corrected;
  • remove, hide or restrict specific content;
  • limit messaging, advertising, ordering, payment or other functions;
  • require renewed account or business verification;
  • pause an order-related function while a serious safety, fraud or compliance concern is reviewed;
  • suspend an account temporarily;
  • permanently terminate access for serious or repeated violations; or
  • refer relevant information to a Payment Provider, rights-holder, safety body or competent authority where legally permitted or required.

17.3 PRE-ORDER will consider proportionality, the seriousness of harm, intent, repetition, user history, impact on Consumers, remediation, cooperation, product-safety concerns and the risk of recurrence. Some high-severity conduct may justify immediate restriction on a first occurrence.

18. Notice and appeals

Where required by law or Platform terms, a user affected by moderation or account enforcement will receive an explanation or statement of reasons and information about available appeal or complaint options.

A user may request review through the channel identified in the notice or by contacting info@b2b-agency.cc. The request should include the case or account reference, the reason the user believes the decision should be reconsidered and any relevant evidence.

PRE-ORDER may uphold, modify or reverse the measure. Restoring access does not prevent PRE-ORDER from requiring updated verification, removing separate violating content or retaining records that must lawfully be preserved.

19. Open orders and mandatory rights

A content or account restriction does not automatically cancel an existing Product Contract. Open orders, payment obligations, refunds, delivery, product-safety obligations, chargebacks and mandatory Consumer rights remain subject to the relevant transaction terms and applicable law.

Where reasonably possible and lawful, PRE-ORDER may preserve limited access to order records, support or dispute functions so that legitimate outstanding matters can be completed or resolved.

20. Changes to these Standards

PRE-ORDER may update these Standards to reflect changes in law, safety risks, pre-order Platform practices, Platform features or moderation processes. Material changes will be communicated in a legally appropriate manner where required. Updated Standards apply from the stated effective date and do not retroactively remove rights accrued under mandatory law.

21. Contact

Questions, reports or appeals concerning these Standards may be sent to info@b2b-agency.cc.
